Minimum Stays
- During HIGH SEASON, there is a minimum stay of four nights
- During STANDARD & LOW season, there is a minimum stay of two nights
Booking Conditions
Reservations will be held for 48 hours. On receipt of a completed booking form and payment of a 50% deposit your booking is secure and a confirmation letter will be sent. Only those guests listed on the booking form are permitted to stay on the farm. Please note as the farm is powered completely by solar we ask that electrical items are kept to a minimum. Phones and laptops are not a problem however items with an element such as a hairdryer can only be used in daylight hours and coordinated with us. Showering is also during daylight hours as it requires the use of a pump. Thank you in advance for your consideration.

Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations up to 30 days before arrival will result in 75% of the booking fee refunded
- Cancellations between 30-14 days prior to arrival will result in 50% refunded
- Cancellations 0-14 days prior to arrival no refund on payment
- During High Season, no refund of payment if cancellation is made within six weeks of arrival. No refund of total amount if cancelled within one month of arrival

Upon arrival we were welcomed with open arms and by very friendly donkeys. Fiona picked fresh salad and herbs from her garden which was such an awesome and welcoming gesture.
